The Original Bread Company has a staff of forty people covering a vast array of skills to consistently produce the quality and array of product you see on this site today.

Our factory is based at 31 Edmonton Road Hornby Christchurch and operates seven days a week...
The factory is run by a team of people including a bakery manager, office manager, a group of artisian bread bakers, pattisserie chefs, drivers, packers and cleaners.

Each and every one of these staff play an important role in the delivery of the product to you.

Our cafes are serviced from our factory base with a group of vibrant and enthusiastic staff at front of house preparing sandwiches, espresso coffees and offering great service.
