| How do I place an order on your site? |

Detailed instructions on placing an order 1. RegisterBefore you can order product from our website, you need to register. This lets us know where you live and how to contact you. It also makes it easier for you to order next time, as all you have to do is enter your username and password. We have your delivery information stored on our system. The registration/loggin link is on the home page on the left-hand column below the shop categories. PLEASE NOTE: We do not store any credit card details and your transaction is handled securly through the Banks payment gateway. 2. Fill your basket!Have fun exploring our site and add products to your basket as you go. When you add a product to your shopping basket you can either continue shopping or move onto the checkout. 3. Check-outOnce you have filled your basket you can proceed to the check-out. If you are logged (see no. 1 above) you will get a window that shows your billing information and then your delivery information. In most cases you will select your delivery as the same as your Billing address. If you do want the products delivered to a different address you can click on the link 'Add a new Delivery Address'. If you proceed to the checkout before logging in, you will be asked to enter your user name and password or if you don't yet have an account you will have the option to register 4. Select Payment methodCheck that your order is correct and select the payment method. If you select credit card, you will be directed to our banks secure payment gateway where you will enter you credit card details. At this point you will see a padlock on your browser and the web address will start with https:// (rather than http://) which shows you it is safe and secure. When you have sent your details and your payment is accepted you will be directed back to our web site. You will also receive an email with your order details.
