Bakery rises to GF challenge

Dave Carrodus - baker, chef and businessman - has spent his working life in a kitchen. At age 18 he was studying to be a chef. By 26 he'd started up a catering company that gradually became the bakery The Original Bread Company (TOBC), supplying bread cakes and bakes to cafes, restaurants and airlines.
